We aim to be fair and transparent. Refunds depend on the service type and whether work has started or delivery has been completed.
Note: If your invoice or written agreement states different refund terms, that agreement will apply for that order.
2) Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- We fail to deliver the purchased service as agreed (after you provided correct information).
- A paid service was cancelled by us before any work started.
Eligible
Non-delivery, confirmed technical inability on our side before starting, or cancellation by us pre-work.
Not Eligible
Work already started, platform policy issues, client delays, or misuse/violations.
3) Non-Refundable Cases
- Once a digital service project has started (strategy, setup, content work, campaign execution).
- If you change your mind after delivery or after work has begun.
- Issues caused by third-party platforms (LinkedIn/Meta/Google policy changes, restrictions, ad disapprovals).
- Account restrictions caused by misuse, spam behavior, or violation of platform rules.
4) Partial Refunds
If partial work has been completed, a partial refund may be considered depending on time, resources, and delivered work.
Partial refunds are evaluated case-by-case. We may provide service credit instead of cash refunds where appropriate.
5) How to Request a Refund

- Include order ID / invoice, purchase date, and reason for refund
- Provide proof of issue (screenshots / messages) if applicable
Tip: The faster you send complete details, the faster we can resolve your request.
6) Chargebacks & Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of services. Please contact support first so we can resolve the issue fairly.
7) FAQs
- Do you refund ads spend? No. Ad spend paid to platforms (Google/Meta) is not refundable by us.
- What if I provided wrong details? Delivery delays caused by incorrect details may not qualify for refunds.
- What if a platform changes rules? Platform changes are beyond our control and not refundable.
